This is our fundamental BJJ class with a rotating 8 week curriculum of topics. This includes guard, guard retention, guard passing, top control, submissions, escapes, wrestling and leg locks. It is ideal for those who are just starting their BJJ journey and has enough for complexity for all levels as needed.
This is our module based class where we have various topics that are covered over a number of weeks along with review weeks and positional weeks. It is planned a year in advance and the info can be found in our members area. This can be attended by beginners to fully competent grapplers but hyperfocus's in on a specific topic.
This is free rolling and drilling time
Gi classes involve wearing the BJJ Gi (Kimono) and NoGi is Shorts and Rashguard. We have loaner Gi tops for those that do not own a Gi yet.
Lunch express is a one hour class with our weekly warm ups, fundamental tech review, positional sparring rounds and rolling.
Coffee and rolls is like our Lunch Express class but with more coffee.
These are our 5-7 year old classes. It is a 30min session with BJJ related games, technique and rolling. Kids get plenty of time to wrestle each other and the coaches and build confidence in their grappling skills.
These are our 8-10 year old classes. It is a 45min session with BJJ related games, technique and rolling. Kids at this age have a more specific technical focus and get more time to grapple and spar with each other.
These are our 11 and up classes. It is a 45min session with specific BJJ warm up games, technical drilling and rolling. Kids at this age focus more on developing their own style of BJJ with a focus on systems and problem solving strategies.
This is for 5-10 year olds who attend either our Wednesday or Saturday class 1x a week to grasp the basics of BJJ and grappling.
